Vanilla Bean Smoothie—Add-ons & Substitutions

Did you know that you can add seasonal fruits (think berries) or vegetables to our nutrient-rich Vanilla Bean Smoothie?  Or, if you are suffering from insulin resistance and want to lower the natural sugar content of any smoothie, we can substitute avocado for the banana. It will still taste amazing!

Vanilla Bean Smoothie base ingredients:
Banana*, nut milk, plant protein, chia seeds, cinnamon, pure vanilla powder, dates, nutmeg, himalayan salt
